Berinyuy Melvine grew up with a strong love for STEM, mathematics, physics, and technology. She once dreamed of becoming a medical doctor, but life redirected her journey through rejection, career uncertainty, and difficult transitions.
Instead of giving up, she began learning practical skills — social media management, entrepreneurship, AI essentials, database administration, digital marketing, software concepts, and hardware systems. Each skill became a brick. Each rejection, a redirection.
Her journey led her to founding EmpowerEd Nexus, an EdTech and HealthTech social enterprise building offline-first and AI-powered learning solutions for underserved communities. Today, she is building a personal brand as MelX, The AI Queen of Practical Impact, helping young people, women, founders, and communities use AI and digital skills to create real opportunities.
